PARENT CHILD DROP-IN

Date: Every Wednesday in March 7, 14, 21 & 28, 2012
Time: 9:00 a.m. to noon
Location: Family and Wellness Center

By participating, parents will enhance their parent-child relationships and wellbeing through socialization, skill building and support activities. This will have a positive impact on the overall health of the family.

Parents with their children are welcome to share and play! Join in the lively discussions while children play and interact.

Snacks will be provided.

For KYC members only, a trip to Laser Quest in Montreal has been organized. Admission is $10. A bus has been organized to leave from the KYC at 11:30am.

This event is open to all community members who wish to receive an identification card made, free of cost, which will include their child’s photo and all pertinent information if ever needed.

The community is invited to come and see some of the beautiful quilting done by the elders from throughout Kahnawake. The creators of these works of art will be present to discuss their crafts.

Open to all community members looking to have a great time with good music, good food, and good company. There will be a DJ playing all of your favorites. The cost of admission is to donate a non-perishable food item. The theme is Mardi Gras!
