Gratitude Week
It's in our ways to give thanks and to keep a healthy, appreciative perspective for all that we have. Times get tough though, and we can lose our perspective once in a while. That's okay but still important to work on getting it back. By stating one thing to be grateful for each day, we are practicing keeping that positive perspective and a good mind.
