2011 Christmas Collection

In the spirit of Christmas, MAD Group will be collecting money to help support Kahnawake families in need.  We will be collecting door to door between the hours of 6-8pm on:

Thursday, December, 8th

Monetary donations and canned goods can be dropped off at the Whitehouse any Tuesday or Thursday night.

Any donation will be greatly appreciated.  All the donations collected will be given to “Kateri’s Food Basket” which will purchase food or vouchers to be given to families in need.

Black Friday Mania

This concert for the community’s adolescent population will feature three of Kahnawake’s best acts, Thomas Doubting, K-Town Villain, and We Are the Nightlife. Food and water will be provided, as well as fun surprises and a special guest speaker. Professional lights and sound will be provided by Decibel Audio.

The Bullycide Project

Description: 

This theatrical presentation from the Trust Theatre Ensemble in Flint, Michigan, addresses the subject of suicide due to prolonged bullying. The play is based on the book “Bullycide in America”, and provokes the audience to consider its own character in relation to tolerance and diversity within family, school, work, and community. The subject matter of this play is graphic and discretion is advised to parents considering bringing young children.

Admission is free but seating is limited.
