The Neuropsychology of Creativity and Addiction

Objectives:

  • To explore addiction in creative individuals, specifically musicians, through a biological, psychological and social perspective.
  • To understand whether this particular population is more susceptible to addiction and what factors contribute to one's vulnerability toward addiction to substance abuse.
