Virtual Grief Support Group (via zoom)
The Family and Wellness Center Traditional Suppor team and guest speakers will incorporate Haudenosaunee teachings and spirituality. Understanding our grief process with respect to our customs and culutre can give us the tools to help havigate the deep and intense loss of a loved one.
Building capacity and capability leading to healthier lifestyles.
The group will run for 10 weeks on Monday evenings beginning on February 8, 2021, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM via the Zoom platform. You must have a valid email and download the Zoom app to your computer, laptop, tablet, or phone.
