Description:
The Connections for Caregivers Group is for parents and caregivers of Children 0-6 years of age. This interactive group is where caregivers can join in and learn new parenting techniques, build strong attachments to their children, and develop relationships with others who have the common goal - raising children!
- Date/s: Every Monday from November 3 to December 1, 2014 (five weeks)
- Time: 10:00am – 1:00 pm
- Location: Family and Wellness Center
Some of the themes that will be introduced:
- Giving your child the love of reading
- Nurturing healthy bonds through attachment relationships
- Loving spending time with your child through play
Designed and led by our FWC Parenting Workers and community partners working with families, our playgroup will fuel your child’s imagination and delight their senses!
