Mental Health First Aid training for adults helping adults. A comprehensive 2-day training course designed to give you the skills and tools to intervene when a person (18+) is dealing with the following mental illnesses and/or mental health crisis.
- Substance related disorder: alcohol and illegal drugs...
- Mood disorders: depression, bi-polar disorder, suicide...
- Anxiety disorders: panic attacks, OCD, PTSD...
- Psychotic disorders: schizophrenia, psychotic episodes...
- When: Thursday, November 13, 2014 and Friday, November 14, 2014
- Time: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Note: Healthy snacks are provided, lunch is not.

The training is certified by the Canadian Mental Health Commission of Canada. The deadline to register is Friday, November 7, 2014. Places are limited to 20 persons per session.
