Kahnawake – July 14, 2020 - Kahnawake Shakotiia’takehnhas Community Services is informing the community that we are moving the Emergency/Kateri Food Basket from the current location of Kateri School to the Knights of Columbus Hall on Old Malone Highway.
The transition to the new location began on July 13 and is expected to be complete on July 14, 2020. We want to assure everyone who is scheduled to receive an Emergency/Kateri Food Basket on Friday July 17, 2020 that there will be no interruption in services.
Food donations are still being accepted and can be dropped off at Knights of Columbus at the main doors to the hall on weekdays beginning Wednesday, July 15, 2020 between the hours of 10:00am to 2:00pm. Staff will be on hand by the main door to accept and direct donations and deliveries.
Monetary donations can be made at KSCS second floor, Kahnawake Services Complex Building. Receipts will be issued for all monetary donations to ensure accountability
