Sessions are held every Tuesdays, between 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Lunch is included. Come out play and share with prizes to be won.

The workshops begin on Tuesday, April 23 and continue every Tuesday through to May 28, 2013.

Areas that will be explored include:

  • Health & nutrition
  • Exercise & relaxation
  • Play & learn
  • Talk & share
